Family Oasis

This major renovation and addition transformed an existing home into a 2,997 square foot family retreat on a 0.4-acre property.

The project expanded the original 1,924 square foot structure with a 1,109 square foot addition and added a 632 square foot detached two-car garage and a generous 20' x 40' pool.

The redesigned floor plan creates distinct zones for family living, with separation between the primary bedroom and children's wing. Architectural features include gable and hipped vaulted ceilings in the dining room, living room, and primary bedroom, while an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area forms the heart of the home.

The kitchen features an island with seating for five, and engineered wood flooring flows throughout.

The clean, simple design is clad in cementitious board and batten siding. Outdoor living is enhanced with a large covered dining area adjacent to the pool deck, creating a true family oasis.
