This comprehensive addition to a home in a gated community expanded the residence with a 567 square foot primary suite that includes a bedroom with vaulted ceiling, bathroom, office, and powder room.
An additional 440 square foot screened porch with vaulted ceiling creates an inviting outdoor living area featuring composite decking, 1x6 tongue and groove v-groove ceiling decking, and a large ceiling fan.
The project seamlessly integrates with the existing structure through carefully matched materials, including roofing and distinctive coquina stucco. Architectural interest was added to the existing home with exterior bead board wood panels on previously blank stucco walls.
Interior highlights include custom cabinetry in the primary bathroom and a dramatic hipped vaulted ceiling in the primary bedroom, creating a true coastal retreat.
